摘要/Abstract

摘要： 教育创新改革,推动了以核心素养为目标的素质教育的发展,大学生实践创新能力的技能型团队建设也成为学生核心能力建设中的一项重要指标。促进了核心素质教学在大学校园内的落实,为学生的专业技术能力、团队合作能力、团队组织建设能力提升起到了积极地推动作用。该文基于大学生实践创新能力培养的技能型团队建设的相关问题,谈几点见解。

Abstract: Educational innovation and reform has promoted the development of quality education with the goal of core literacy, and the construction of skilled team of college students' practical innovation ability has also become an important index in the construction of students' core competence. It has promoted the implementation of core quality teaching in the university campus and played an active role in promoting students' professional and technical ability, team cooperation ability and team organization building ability. In this paper, based on the practical innovation ability of college students to train the related problems of skilled team construction, talk about a few simple views.
