摘要: 创新创业是基于创新基础上的创业活动,既不同于单纯的创新,也不同于单纯的创业。创新强调的是开拓性与原创性,而创业强调的是通过实际行动获取利益的行为。在当前新旧动能转换的背景下,创新创业教育渗透到高职教育的方方面面,因此高职院校的大学生是创新创业的“生力军”。潍坊职业学院通过实施“三三三一”工程,形成了课堂教学、课下自学、实践锻炼、大赛引领融为一体的创新创业教育体系,为人才培养与经济社会发展打下了良好基础。该文总结了潍坊职业学院多年的实践经验,以供其他院校借鉴。

Abstract: Innovation and entrepreneurship is an entrepreneurial activity based on innovation, which is not only different from simple innovation, but also different from simple entrepreneurship. Innovation emphasizes pioneering and originality, while entrepreneurship emphasizes the behavior of gaining benefits through practical actions. In the current context of the transformation of new and old driving forces, innovation and entrepreneurship education permeates all aspects of higher vocational education, so college students are the "new force" of innovation and entrepreneurship. Weifang vocational college, through the implementation of the "three, three and one" project, has formed an innovation and entrepreneurship education system integrating classroom teaching, off class self-study, practical exercise and competition guidance, laying a good foundation for talent training and economic and social development. This paper summarizes the practical experience of Weifang Vocational College for many years, which can be used for reference by other colleges and universities.
