构建校企“双向考核机制”精准监控实践教学质量——通过考核机制推进校企真诚合作切实提升技能人才实践能力的探讨

摘要: 职教的人才培养方案包含学校教学和企业实践教学。但受到很多因素的影响,如出于对经济效益的考虑,很多企业消极应对职校生实习任务,导致职业教育长期以来在实践教学方面存在不足。该文提出应当基于现实情况,由政府出面构建平台,实施“校企双向考核机制”倒逼校企合作,可促进职教人才培养质量的提升。

Abstract: The talent training program of vocational education includes school teaching and enterprise practice teaching. However, influenced by many factors, such as for the consideration of economic benefits, many enterprises passively respond to the internship tasks of vocational school students, resulting in the deficiency of practical teaching in Vocational Education for a long time. This paper proposes that the government should build a platform based on the actual situation and implement the "school enterprise two-way assessment mechanism" to force school enterprise cooperation, which can promote the quality of vocational education personnel training.
