摘要: OBE教育理念作为目前国际上发达国家普遍使用的教育模式,改变了传统教育模式的培养缺陷。该文在OBE教育理念架构的基础上,结合桂林航天工业学院的具体特色和学生的实际需求,探索出创新创业教育新模式——3W+2S模式,并通过阐述OBE理念的具体实施原则以及3W+2S模式的实施导向,为创新创业课程建设研究,师资队伍建设,效果评价机制建设提供了新思路,为双创技能培训以及创新创业实践基地建设提供了新方向。

Abstract: The OBE education concept, as the certification standard of engineering education widely used in developed countries, changes the defects of the model in traditional engineering educaton. on the basis of OBE education concept, we explore the innovative entrepreneurial education mode of 3W + 2S following the specofics of GUILIN university of aerospace technology and the needs of students. In this paper, the specific implementation principles of OBE concept and the implementation guidance of 3W+2S mode are expounded to provide new ideas for course construction of innovation entrepreneurship, the construction of teaching staff, and the construction of evaluation mechanism, as well as offers new ideas for skills training and practice bases.
