摘要/Abstract

摘要： 加强创新创业教育是提升国家可持续创新发展能力,进一步提高学校核心竞争力的重要举措。而创新创业人才质量水平的高低则是决定其作用能否充分发挥的关键因素,因此创新创业人才质量评价的重要性不言而喻。该文在核心素养理念框架下,结合应用型院校特点,分别从理论知识、实践能力、创新创业意识和创新创业思维等几个方面阐述了创新创业人才质量评价的关键要素,为创新创业人才质量评价提供参考。

Abstract: Strengthening innovation and entrepreneurship education is an important measure to enhance the national sustainable innovation and development ability and further improve the school's core competitiveness. The quality level of innovation and entrepreneurship talents is the key factor to determine whether its role can be fully played. Therefore, the importance of quality evaluation of innovation and entrepreneurship talents is self-evident. Under the framework of the key competencies concept, combined with the characteristics of application-oriented colleges, this paper expounds the key elements of the quality evaluation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents from four aspects: theoretical knowledge, practical ability, innovation and entrepreneurship awareness and innovation and entrepreneurship thinking, so as to provide reference for the quality evaluation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents.
