摘要: 在终身学习体系建设过程中,开放教育与高职教育的融合发展已久。但由于工学矛盾、生源结构等原因,开放教育存在着面授课程出勤率不高、学生主动学习线上资源的占比率低、工科实训教学难等问题。该文以开放教育在两类教育融合发展过程中存在的问题为导向,引入能够满足学生个性化学习需求的SPOC教学模式,并融入职业教育思维,以江苏开放大学“机电传动控制”课程建设为例进行理论和实践研究,以期达到提升开放教育的学习质量和效率,培养技能型、应用型人才,满足终生学习需求的目的。

Abstract: In the process of lifelong learning system construction, the integration of open education and higher vocational education has developed for a long time.However,due to the conflict between working and learning、the source structure of students and other reasons,there are some problems in open education.such as,the low attendance rate of face-to-face courses, the low proportion of students' active learning online resources, and the difficulty of engineering practical teaching are all problems.Guided by the problems existing in the integration of two types of education in open education, this paper introduces the SPOC teaching model that can meet students' personalized learning needs, and integrates it into the thinking of vocational education for theoretical and practical research.Guided by the problems existing in the integration of the two types of education in open education, this paper introduces SPOC teaching mode to meet the individual learning needs of students, and integrates it into the thinking of vocational education. Taking the course construction of "electromechanical drive control" in jiangsu Open University as an example, this study aims to improve the learning quality and efficiency of open education, cultivate skilled and applied talents and meet the demand of lifelong learning.
