沟通视角下的高等院校教学管理研究

摘要: 高等院校内部沟通机制的运行状况侧面反映着其教学管理架构的组织状况。良好的沟通机制给高校教学管理工作带来一定的便利性,科学的教学管理同时也对高校内部运行大有裨益。然而由于高校内部教学管理情况复杂,单一的沟通机制在高等院校教学管理中无法消除教学管理隐形的沟通障碍。高等院校教学管理中沟通机制的良好运行可以消除其沟通壁垒,促进组织内部良性运转。因而充分利用沟通机制革新教学管理体制对消除沟通障碍、促进高校内部教学管理体制质量提升具有重要意义。

Abstract: The operating status of the internal communication mechanism of colleges and universities reflects the organizational status of its teaching management structure. The certain convenience has been brought by the benign communication mechanism to the teaching management and what could be inferred is that the scientific teaching management helps a lot in the internal operation for colleges and universities. Due to the complexity in the internal teaching management, the single communication mechanism can’t eliminate the hidden communication barriers in teaching management in colleges and universities. The benign operation for teaching management in colleges and universities could eliminate the communication barriers and promote the internal organization operation. Thus exploiting the communication mechanism and innovating the teaching management system attach great importance to communication disorders removing and internal teaching management quality promotion for colleges and universities.
