摘要/Abstract

摘要： 随着现代化社会的快速发展,社会对人们综合素质的要求越来越高,人文素养也逐渐成为了学生教育的重要内容。尤其是对于中职学校的学生来说,因其处于青春期,个性较为张扬,故而,加强对中职学校的学生人文素质教育的重视非常必要。中职体育是中职课程中的重要内容,体育教学水平不仅和学生的健康情况有关,同时也能对人文素质教育产生一定作用。鉴于此,该文对中职《体育与健康》课程中如何加强人文素质教育进行了探析,希望可以为中职《体育与健康》课程的教学提供参考。

Abstract: With the rapid development of a modern society, society's requirements for people's comprehensive quality are getting higher and higher, and humanistic literacy has gradually become an important content of student education. Especially for students in secondary vocational school, because of their adolescence, their personality is more public, so it is necessary to strengthen the emphasis on humanistic quality education of students in secondary vocational school. Physical education in secondary vocational school is an important part of secondary vocational courses. The level of physical education is not only related to the health of students, but also plays a role in humanistic quality education. In view of this, this paper analyzes how to strengthen the humanistic quality education in the course of physical education and health in secondary vocational schools, hoping to provide reference for the teaching of physical education and health in secondary vocational schools.
