Abstract: In the process of implementing the “Health China” strategy, the cultivation of pharmacy professionals in the new era is an important link. Doing a good job of pharmaceutical college students’ employment education is conductive to more full employment of students and is also helpful to train useful talents for the Health China strategy. However, in terms of the employment education of pharmaceutical college students, there are some problems, such as lack of systematization, single form of education, and lack of practice platform. This paper proposes to build a “four-in-one” path for the employment education of pharmaceutical college students, and consider the integration of four modules, such as vocational career education, employment education, vocational experience platform and practice base platform, so as to form a system that can fully mobilize various elements, and gather multiple resources, thereby improving the effectiveness of employment education and enhancing the employability of students.
