基于“微课先导,先学后教,模块化教学”模式的《民航运输生产组织》课程教学改革实践

摘要: 信息技术在高等职业院校教育教学改革中的应用越来越广泛,高职民航运输专业课程体系中的专业核心课程即实践类课程同样需要借助信息技术和智能化移动终端进行课程改革。《民航运输生产组织》课程“微课先导,先学后教,模块化教学”模式的应用和实践,是基于微课资源库,以学生教学主体的新的尝试,经过三亚航空旅游职业学院民航运输专业2017级和2018级共计426人次的实践和完善,取得了一定的成果,学生综合成绩平均值较2016年有了很大的提升,各年份分别提升21.25%和16.45%;通过对268名学生的调查发现,学生对“微课先导”教学模式整体满意度平均为86.5,平均95.5%的学生认为,微课可以提高学习效率和效果;通过对任课教师等的访谈可知,教师评价较好,课程教学质量有明显的提升。

Abstract: Information technology is more and more widely used in the education and teaching reform of higher vocational colleges. The core curriculum of civil aviation transportation major in higher vocational colleges, namely the practical curriculum, also needs the help of information technology and intelligent mobile terminal to carry out curriculum reform. The application and practice of "micro course guide, learn first, teach later, modular teaching" mode in the course of civil aviation transportation production organization is a new attempt based on the micro course resource base and the teaching subject of students. After the practice and improvement of 426 person times of civil aviation transportation major in 2017 and 2018 of Sanya Aviation Tourism Vocational College, some achievements have been achieved. The average comprehensive score of students is 20 In the past 16 years, it has been greatly improved, 21.25% and 16.45% in each year respectively; through the survey of 268 students, the overall satisfaction of students with the teaching mode of "micro course guide" is 86.5% on average, and 95.5% on average think that micro course can improve the learning efficiency and effect; through the interview of teachers, the teacher evaluation is good, and the teaching quality of the course has been significantly improved.
