现代学徒制运行机制研究——以现代学徒制试点专业物流管理为例

摘要: 随着现代学徒制试点的开展,南通职业大学物流管理专业正在尝试着通过现代学徒制不断提高人才培养的质量。试点过程中确立了“双主体”育人机制;建立了工学交替全程培养机制;形成了校企双导师互聘共用机制;设立了校企协同育人综合评价机制。但学徒制运行中还存在一些内部和外部环境问题,该文提出了完善现代学徒制内部运行机制、建立以企业为主体的现代学徒制试点、完善现代学徒制法律法规及管理机构、加大现代学徒制投入力度等举措。

Abstract: With the development of modern apprenticeship, logistics management major of Nantong Vocational University is trying to improve the quality of personnel training through modern apprenticeship. In the process of the pilot project, the "double subject" education mechanism has been established; the whole process training mechanism of work study alternation has been established; the mutual employment and sharing mechanism of school enterprise double tutors has been formed; and the comprehensive evaluation mechanism of school enterprise collaborative education has been established. However, there are still some internal and external environmental problems in the operation of apprenticeship. This paper has put forward measures to improve the internal operation mechanism of modern apprenticeship, establish modern apprenticeship pilot with enterprises as the main body, improve the laws and regulations and management institutions of modern apprenticeship, and increase the investment in modern apprenticeship.
