高校院系办公室人员职业倦怠的成因及缓解策略

摘要: 较多的院系办公室人员表现出职业倦怠。该文从学校管理和院系办公室人员自身的视角寻找原因,认为职业倦怠的原因包括工作压力较大,工作内容繁杂;院系办公室行政队伍建设重视度不足;考核评价体系不健全;个体缺乏核心竞争力及自我调试能力四个方面。并针对性地提出推进信息化建设,提高行政效率;加强院系办公室行政队伍建设;构建更加科学合理的评价体系;注重自我调适和学习提升四项策略,以期解决院系办公室人员的职业倦怠问题,并提高院系行政工作的效率和服务水平。

Abstract: More and more office staff in university departments show job burnout. From the perspective of university management and office staff themselves in university departments, the cause of job burnout include four aspects: high work pressure and complicated work content; insufficient attention paid to the construction of administrative team of department office; imperfect of evaluation system; lack of core competence and self adjustment ability for individuals. In order to solve the problem of job burnout, and be capable to improve the efficiency and service level of the administrative work of university departments, four strategies are put forward: to promote the information construction and improve the administrative efficiency; to strengthen the construction of administrative team in department office; to build a more scientific and reasonable evaluation system; to pay attention to self adjustment and learning improvement.
