基于“共享经济”模式下的油气实验平台的开发研究

摘要: 随着互联网的快速发展,各大高校和研究机构在实验室资源管理共享机制、理念和模式上有了很大的进展,但仍然存在实验室开放不足、设备管理共享不科学、实施性差的问题。为适应新情况,新要求,基于共享经济的最新经营理念,综合运用人工智能,大数据等“互联网+”先进技术,开发了具有石油特色的油气共享实验平台,形成了基于“共享经济”模式的实验室共享体系和组织架构,该平台兼备实验预约、人才培训、项目对接检索、专家咨询与评审、行业领域信息发布等多项功能,借助学校的人才资源和专业技术优势,结合企业先进的油气实验设备与管理经验,服务于科学研究、学生创新实践、企业合作等多个方面,实现资源的合理配置与充分利用。

Abstract: With the rapid development of the Internet, major universities and research institutes have made great progress in the mechanism, concept and mode of laboratory resource management and sharing, but there are still some problems, such as inadequate laboratory opening, unscientific equipment management and sharing, and poor implementation. In order to adapt to the new situation and new requirements, based on the latest business philosophy of the shared economy, and using the advanced technology of "Internet +", such as artificial intelligence and big data, having developed an oil and gas sharing experimental platform characterized by oil, and formed a laboratory sharing system and organizational structure based on the "shared economy" mode. The functions of this platform are experiment reservation, talent training, project docking and retrieval, expert consultation and evaluation, and information release in the field of industry, etc., which are to serve scientific research, students' innovative practice, enterprise cooperation and other aspects as well as achieve the rational allocation and full utilization of resources with the help of the school's talent resources and professional and technical advantages, combination of the advanced oil and gas experimental equipment and management experience of enterprises.
