摘要: 该文总结了培养和提升数学专业研究生创新能力过程中存在的问题,提出基于教学改革实践经验创新能力培养体系,从吉首大学数学与统计学院的实际情况出发,把研究生创新能力培养贯穿于研究生培养的整个过程,在课程学习、学位论文、创新活动等环节着力培养研究生的创新意识和创新能力 。构建了创新型人才培养模式与实施方案 ,取得了明显的教学效果 ,研究生的创新意识和实践能力获得提升,以期为其他高校相关专业的人才培养提供借鉴和参考。

Abstract: This paper summarizes the problems existing in the process of cultivating and improving the innovation ability of mathematics postgraduates. Based on the practical experience innovation ability training system of teaching reform and the actual situation of the school of mathematics and statistics of Jishou University, the innovation ability training of Postgraduates runs through the whole process of Postgraduates' training, and focuses on cultivating the innovation consciousness and innovation ability of Postgraduates in the course learning, thesis, innovation activities and other links. This paper provides the innovative personnel training mode and implementation plan, and it will obtain the obvious effect in improving the innovation consciousness and practice ability of the postgraduates, which is also draw the on the experience for other colleges and universities.
