Abstract: Taking Guangdong Vocational College of science and technology as an example, for the current university innovation and entrepreneurship, there is a lack of funds and network resources, do not understand the market operation College students are young and passionate, have ideas and ideas, but they often have simple ideas, lack of depth and breadth of ideas, lack of multidimensional thinking and comprehensive thinking ability, lack of team management ability, and wisdom and experience to lead the team to fight. Based on the concept of industry education integration and collaborative education, this paper puts forward a new mode of innovation and entrepreneurship incubation, which is mainly based on enterprise cultivation and incubation, supplemented by college teachers' guidance, and implemented by student teams. The school enterprise integration is in depth, and the entrepreneurial team implements "old, middle-aged and young students' collocation" to give full play to the passion and vitality of young college students in the team and the resources and executive power of middle-aged people such as teachers of enterprises and colleges The experience and wisdom of the older teachers in enterprises and professional teachers can effectively improve the innovation and entrepreneurship ability and success rate of college students.
