摘要: 面对高等教育发展的新形势,为逐步加强自身内涵建设,提升教学质量的稳步发展,高校要迅速做出新调整,借助供给侧改革的理论依据和实践探索,及时更新教学理念,构建完备、行之有效地教学质量监控体系,以科学的教学监控措施来保障教学质量,最终实现人才培养能力的“倍增效应”和良性发展。

关键词: 供给侧改革, 人才培养, 教学质量监控体系

Abstract: Facing the new situation of the development of higher education, in order to gradually strengthen self-construction?and improve the steady development of teaching quality, colleges and universities should make new adjustments quickly. With the help of theoretical basis and practical exploration of supply-side reform, they should timely update teaching ideas, construct a complete and effective teaching quality monitoring system ensures the quality of teaching by scientific teaching monitoring measures, and finally realizes the "multiplier effect" and benign developmentof talent cultivation ability.
