摘要: 创新创业教育作为一种“以创业促就业”的战略,是解决当前大学生就业难题的重要路径。当前,高校创新创业教育应着眼于广泛培养大学生创业意识和创新能力,是一种重要的素质教育。基于“冰山模型”理论,大学生创新创业素质的培育,应该通过不断完善的课程教学与实践活动提升学生的创新创业知识和技能,同时,也应通过相关环境的营造与引导提升大学生的创新创业精神与个性特质。

Abstract: Innovation and entrepreneurship education, as a strategy of "promoting employment by entrepreneurship", is an important way to solve the current employment problems of college students. At present, the innovation and entrepreneurship education in Colleges and universities should focus on the extensive cultivation of entrepreneurship awareness and innovation ability of college students, which is an important quality education. Based on the "iceberg model" theory, the cultivation of College Students' innovation and entrepreneurship quality should improve students' innovation and entrepreneurship knowledge and skills through continuous improvement of curriculum teaching and practical activities, as well as enhance students' innovation and entrepreneurship spirit and personality through the creation and guidance of relevant environment.
