现代学徒制背景下高职院校双导师制实施的现状与对策研究

摘要: 该文通过分析高职院校双导师制实施过程中存在问题现状,探索提出强化双导师遴选制度,校企共建双导师团队;明晰学校导师与企业导师的职责;建立和完善学校导师与企业导师沟通的平台;通过多种措施对双导师进行培养;完善双导师的考核机制等五个方面的对策。

Abstract: Based on the analysis of the existing problems in the implementation of the dual tutor system in higher vocational colleges, this paper explores five aspects: strengthening the dual tutor selection system, building a dual tutor team by school and enterprise; clarifying the responsibilities of school tutors and enterprise tutors; establishing and improving the communication platform between school tutors and enterprise tutors; cultivating dual tutors through various measures; improving the assessment mechanism of dual tutors Countermeasures.
