摘要: 乡村小规模学校,指在校学生数量不足100人的村小和教学点。十八大以来,国家不断加强农村义务教育,乡村小规模学校硬件条件得到明显改善。赣州地处赣粤闽湘四省通衢区域,现有1 700余个乡村小规模学校。该文立足本土研究,以实地调研数据为支撑,分析问题及困难成因,探索解决思路,期冀能为解决乡村小规模学校发展的实际问题提供些许助力。

Abstract: Rural small-scale schools refer to the small villages and teaching sites with less than 100 students. Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the country has continuously strengthened compulsory education in rural areas, and the hardware conditions of small-scale schools in rural areas have been significantly improved. Ganzhou is located in the thoroughfare area of four provinces of Jiangxi, Guangdong, Fujian and Hunan, with more than 1700 small-scale rural schools. Based on the local research and supported by the field survey data, this paper analyzes the causes of the problems and difficulties, and explores solutions, hoping to provide some help to solve the practical problems in the development of small-scale rural schools.
