大学生科创促进高校科技成果转化的对策研究

摘要: 随着创新创业教育深化,高校学生科创活动从第二课堂向专业知识教育转化,传统的以“指标”为导向的评价体系无法持续满足当今的人才培养要求,应将自主创新能力评价模型引入人才培养评价体系,通过鼓励建设科创型学生社团、延伸“校企合作”进入本科生培养体系、建立健全学生专利保护意识和服务体系,深入促进学生自主创新能力的培养,从而增强大学生参与科创活动的积极性,有效提高科创项目的成果转化率,全面深化科创实践育人成效。

关键词: 自主创新能力, 科技成果转化, 专利保护

Abstract: With the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education, students' scientific practices have transformed from after-class into professional education in college. The traditional "index" oriented evaluation system cannot demand the current cultivation continuously. It's important to the all aspects talent evaluation that the independent innovation ability evaluation model should be introduced. It's to further promote the cultivation of students' independent innovation ability by encouraging the construction of scientific and creative student associations, extending "school-enterprise cooperation" into the undergraduate cultivation system, and establishing the student patent protection awareness and service system. Meanwhile, it's also an efficient way to enhance the enthusiasm of college students to participate in scientific innovation activities, effectively improve the achievement conversion rate of scientific innovation projects, and comprehensively deepen the educational effect of scientific innovation practice.
