摘要/Abstract

摘要： 新商科背景下,应用型、复合型、智能型经管人才的培养至关重要。将经管类跨专业虚拟仿真综合实训纳入高校人才培养方案,有助于学生数据业务化能力、智能优化分析能力、智能协同决策能力的培养。该文从经管类跨专业虚拟仿真综合实训的必要性、建设理念、课程体系设计等方面进行探讨,以期为课程教学的顺利实施提供借鉴和参考。

Abstract: Under the background of new business, the cultivation of applied, compound and intelligent economic management talents is very important. It is helpful for the cultivation of students' ability of data professionalization, intelligent optimization and analysis, and intelligent collaborative decision-making to bring the comprehensive virtual simulation training of economics and management into the talent training program of colleges and universities.This paper discusses the necessity, construction concept and curriculum system design of the comprehensive virtual simulation training for the cross specialty of economic management, in order to provide reference for the smooth implementation of curriculum teaching.
