摘要: 高素质、复合型、应用型的工业工程专业人才有助于提高制造企业的整体效率。该文提出以科研育人为教育指导理念,通过打造优秀教师团队,构建特色课程体系,创新教学内容和方法,实施产学研协同育人等举措,以高水平的科研支撑高质量的教学,探索寓教于研的创新人才培养之路,建构符合时代发展和形势需要的工业工程应用型人才质量提升新体系。

Abstract: :High-quality, compound and applied industrial engineering professionals can help improve the overall efficiency of manufacturing enterprises. This paper puts forward the concept of educating people through scientific research as the guiding principle of education. By building outstanding faculty teams, constructing unique curriculum systems, innovating teaching content and methods, implementing collaborative education of industry, academia and research, this paper explores a way to train innovative talents through teaching and research, supporting high-quality teaching with high-level scientific research, and constructing a new system of improving the quality of industrial engineering applied talents that meets the needs of the times and the situation.
