Abstract: The construction of "New Agricultural Science" is the inherent need for higher education reform and a major strategy to revitalize higher education in agriculture and forestry. This paper analyzes the importance and necessity of joint education of colleges and enterprises under the background of "new agricultural science", points out some problems existing in the practice of joint education, and puts forward some measures such as joint construction of industrial college, improving the mechanism of balancing interests of schools and enterprises, and strengthening the implementation of cooperative content of industrial college. The implement of those measures can actively promote the integration of colleges and enterprises, speed up the integration of industry and education, and help development of joint education mechanism between colleges and enterprises under the background of "new agricultural science".
