Abstract: Under the background of vigorously promoting mass entrepreneurship and innovation in our country, as a subsystem of the innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem, the innovation and entrepreneurship education ecosystem should focus on the integration and interaction among the elements of training innovation and entrepreneurship talents, build an education system serving the whole people's lifelong learning at the social level, and form a training program throughout the whole teaching process at the school level At the individual level, students should be trained to study hard and make breakthroughs. From the perspective of the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship education ecosystem, this paper analyzes the evolution process of innovation and entrepreneurship education concept, and tries to explore the path of the transformation of training paradigm from pursuing the utilitarian value of career success to the value of education focusing on individual growth on the basis of improving students' ability of independent learning and career planning.
