学习型组织理论在《创新方法与创业基础》的探索与实践

摘要: 《创新方法与创业基础》是面向同济大学不同专业学生设立的一门关于创新创业教育的通识课。教师将“学习型组织理论”运用到该课程的授课实践中,锻炼了学生的系统整体思维,培养了全局观念,使学生能够积极改善心智模式,在团队学习中善于自我超越,汇聚团队组织的集体智慧,达到了很好的教学效果。通过该课程的学习,学生内化了创新创业的知识,增强了创新创业的意识,个人的综合素质也得到了提高。

Abstract: “Innovative methods and entrepreneurial foundation”is a general course on innovation and entrepreneurship education which was set up for students in our school. "learning organization" theory was applied to the teaching practice of this course, which has exercised students' systematic and overall thinking, cultivated their overall concept, and enabled them to actively improve their mental model. After learning, students were good at self-transcendence in team work, thus achieving good teaching effect. Through the study of this course, students internalize the knowledge of innovation and entrepreneurship, cultivate the awareness of innovation and entrepreneurship, and improve their comprehensive quality.
