基于师范生人才培养的创新创业类“慕课”教育探析——以江西师范大学为例

摘要: 随着“大众创业、万众创新”不断走进“深水区”,地方师范院校立足人才培养,不断创新教育教学手段,转变传统教学方式,增强创新创业教育的高效性、可行性以及可持续性,提高师范生的创新精神与实践能力。利用创新创业类“慕课”与高等师范院校人才培养的高度契合性,探索创新创业类“慕课”应用于师范生教育的可行路径,文章以江西师范大学创新创业类课程的“慕课”建设研究为例,进一步探究构建基于师范生人才培养的创新创业类“慕课”教育的新路径。

Abstract: With the "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" entering into the "deep water area", local normal universities are based on talent training, constantly innovating education and teaching means, changing traditional teaching methods, enhancing the efficiency, feasibility and sustainability of innovation and entrepreneurship education, and improving the innovation spirit and practical ability of teachers and students. Using the high correspondence between innovation and entrepreneurship "MOOC" and talent training in normal universities, this paper explores the feasible path of applying innovation and entrepreneurship "MOOC" to normal students' education. Taking the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship "MOOC" in Jiangxi Normal University as an example, it further explores the new path of constructing innovation and entrepreneurship "MOOC" education based on talent training of normal students.
