摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目前,我国的就业市场对劳动力的吸收逐渐下降。近两年,我国应届大学生有800万人以上,面对有效需求不足的就业市场,毕业生的就业形势日益严峻。该研究以内蒙古少数民族大学生为研究对象,以凯恩斯总量就业理论和人力资本理论为理论指导,梳理这一群体当前的就业、创业的现状和过程中面临的问题,并从影响少数民族大学生就业创业的因素出发,给出具体可行的建议。

关键词: 内蒙古自治区, 少数民族毕业生, 就业创业现状, 就业创业特殊政策, 对策建议

Abstract: At present, our country's employment market to the labor force absorption capacity decreases. In recent two years, China's fresh college students have more than 8 million, the employment situation of graduates is increasingly grim. Of ethnic minority college students in Inner Mongolia as the research object of this study, according to the theory of Keynes total employment and human capital theory as the theoretical guidance, combing the current employment, this group to the present situation and problems in the process of entrepreneurship, and according to the influence factors of ethnic minority college students' employment entrepreneurship, concrete practicable Suggestions are presented.
