摘要/Abstract

摘要： 本文通过研究独立学院经管类应届生就业情况,分析现阶段影响独立学院经管类应届生就业的主要因素以及其在就业时所面临的难题,并提出相应对策。调研小组通过深层访谈、问卷调查等方法分析独立学院经管类专业校友现阶段的就业情况,总结他们对学校的建议以此给学校的未来人才培养规划提出相关的意见,让独立学院可以给社会输送更多市场真正需要的人才。

Abstract: By studying the employment situation of graduates of independent college management, this paper analyzes the factors that affect the graduates of independent college management and the difficulties in employment at present, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures. Through in-depth interviews, questionnaires and other methods, the research group analyzed the employment situation of the alumni of the management major of the independent college at this stage, summarized their suggestions to the school so as to give the school relevant opinions on the future talent training plan, so that the independent college can send more talents to the society that the market really needs.
