摘要/Abstract

摘要： 在校企合作、产教融合背景下积极推动新时代大学生的就业工作,应以医药企业的用人需求与现代大学生择业需求为目标,以学校的基础背景为前提,文章对比进行深入分析,提出适合当代大学生发展,可持续、可操作的一套精准就业新模式,提高地方高校精准化就业指导服务体系,以便指导大学生快速在社会中明确自我定位,提高岗位胜任能力和就业质量,推动地方高校融入医药产业发展,为进一步加快医药行业发展奠定基础。

关键词: 产教融合, 精准就业, 校企合作

Abstract: Actively promote the employment of college students in the new era under the background of university-enterprise cooperation, integration of industry and education, actively promote the employment of college students in the new era under the background of university-enterprise cooperation, integration of industry and education, for further analysis, put forward to suit the development of contemporary university, a new model of sustainable and operational precision employment,Improving the precision employment guidance service system of local colleges and universities, in order to instruct the university student to locate oneself quickly in the society, improving post competence and employment quality,Promoting the integration of local colleges and universities into the development of pharmaceutical industry, to further speed up the pharmaceutical industry to lay the foundation for capacity.
