基于工作室的高职IT类创新人才培养模式研究

摘要: 近年来,高职院校IT类专业就业面临着极大的困难和挑战,根本原因在于学生动手能力和创新能力的缺乏。随着中国特色社会主义进入新时代,“大众创业、万众创新”已经成为国家战略,社会与行业对以就业为导向的高职教育人才培养提出了新的要求。基于工作室的创新人才培养模式有利于促进高职学生的全面发展,是符合学生个性特点和专业特长的人才培养模式。文章对当前高职院校的创新人才培养现状做了具体的分析,总结了工作室教学模式下创新人才培养的内涵,并结合该院IT类专业设置及人才培养的特点,研究和提出了高职IT类专业工作室的构建策略。

Abstract: In recent years, the employment of IT majors in higher vocational colleges has faced great difficulties and challenges. The fundamental reason lies in the lack of students' practical ability and innovation ability. As socialism with Chinese characteristics enters a new era, "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" has become a national strategy, and society and industry have put forward new requirements for employment-oriented vocational education talent training. The innovative talent training model based on the studio is conducive to promoting the comprehensive development and ability training of vocational students, and it is a talent training model that conforms to the personality characteristics and professional expertise of students. This article makes a specific analysis of the current status of the cultivation of innovative talents in higher vocational colleges, sums up the connotation of innovative talents training in the studio teaching mode, and combines the characteristics of IT majors in our college and the characteristics of talent training to study and propose higher IT professional studio construction strategy.
