摘要/Abstract

摘要： 近年来,我国试行现代学徒制工作全面展开。经过一年多的实践,工学交替,充分发挥企业的设备、实践、实习场地及技能人才优势,进一步增加学生实践动手机会,强化技能培养。帮助学生在毕业前,提前与社会接轨,教学效果良好。但要真正实行现代化的学徒制,培养专业技术人员以满足制造业升级的需要,还需要不断的探索。

Abstract: In recent years, the trial of modern apprenticeship in China has been carried out in an all-round way. After more than a year of practice, the alternation of working and learning, giving full play to the advantages of the enterprise in terms of equipment, practice site and skills, can further increase the opportunity for students to practice, and strengthen the training of skills. It can help students contact the society and work in advance before graduation. The effect is good. But it needs continue to explore, to truly implement the modern apprenticeship and train professional and technical personnel, to meet the needs of the upgrade of the manufacturing industry.
