Abstract: Ideological and moral cultivation and legal basis is a required course for students at the learning stage of higher vocational education. Learning through this course has a very important impact on the future development of students. With the deepening of curriculum reform, higher vocational education pays more and more attention to moral education, students' all-round development, and the cultivation of students' good ideological and moral character. The purpose of this course is to help students establish a correct outlook on life, values, and the world, enhance their legal awareness, and understand certain legal concepts and systems to cultivate broad moral feelings.
