摘要/Abstract

摘要： 校友资源作为高校建设发展的重要资源,在高校育人工作中发挥着独特功能。校友资源具有表率以及趋向性作用,高校需要意识到校友资源在育人方面所发挥的独一无二的价值,利用挖掘校友资源的方式,融入新时期创新高校思想政治教育的相关理念,提升课堂教学载体的质量,丰富活动育人载体,强化实践育人载体,构建文化育人载体,做好校友育人工作,提升校友资源在培育他人方面的价值,使其成为创新高校思想政治教育的有力工具,为高校思政教育提供有益补给,这对加强和改进高校思想政治教育工作具有积极的意义。

Abstract: As an important resource for the construction and development of colleges and universities, alumni resources play a unique role in the education of colleges and universities. Alumni resources have the role of guidance, demonstration and bridge. By digging and using alumni resources, organically combining with the innovation and improvement of ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the new period, optimizing the classroom teaching carrier, enriching the activity education carrier, strengthening the practice education carrier, and building cultural education. Give full play to the function of educating alumni resources. The carrier of human beings is conducive to broadening the innovative carrier of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, and has a positive significance for improving the ideological and political education in colleges and universities.
