摘要: 该研究针对机械类专业研究生培养的人才质量不高、竞争力弱、学科知识滞后于产业技术发展等问题,提出首先应坚持深化产教融合战略,借鉴实施现代学徒制教学模式,人才培养目标精准对接引领地位的制造企业,围绕现代化企业的技术链上下游,进而构建“1+N”培养模式、教学体系融合多方资源的育人平台,实现了人才培养、技术研发和利益在学校和产业间协同联动,这样不仅提高了人才培养规格使其与现代企业需求同步,提高了人才的综合能力,同时也提高了人在复杂竞争中的职业迁移能力。

Abstract: In view of the problems existing in the cultivation of mechanical master such as low quality, weak competitiveness and subject knowledge lagging behind of the development of industrial technology. First of all, we should continue to deepen the integration strategy of industry and education, learn from the implementation of modern apprenticeship teaching mode, accurately align the talent training objectives with the leading manufacturing enterprises, and focus on the upstream and downstream of the technology chain of modern enterprises; then we should build a "1 + n" training mode, teaching system integration of multiple resources education platform, to achieve the collaborative linkage of talent training, technology research and development and interests between schools and industries In this way, not only the training standard of talents is synchronized with the needs of modern enterprises, but also the comprehensive ability of talents is improved, as well as the professional migration ability of people in the complex competition.
