摘要: 社会对技能人才的需求以及资源供给情况,对发展产教融合共同体和产教融合创新起到了重要作用。基于职业教育培训体系全面完善,产教融合不断深化以及校企合作目标背景下,要想实现产教融合创新模式的构建,还需要对政府以及职业院校和行业以及企业等在内的多主体协同价值和作用给予正确认知,基于以人为本的多主体目标和协同,对“政行校企园”多主体关系和谐构建以及作用的充分发挥给予推动作用,借此确保全面且充分发挥多主体效能,为产教深度融合提供强有力的支撑。

Abstract: Based on the society's demand for skilled talents and the supply of resources, it has played an important decisive role in the development of the production-education integration community and the innovation of production-education integration. Based on the comprehensive improvement of the vocational education and training system and the continuous deepening of the integration of production and education, as well as the goal of school-enterprise cooperation, in order to achieve the establishment of an innovative mode of integration of production and education, it is also necessary to collaborate with multiple entities including the government, vocational colleges, industries and enterprises Give correct recognition of the value and role, and promote the harmonious construction of the multi-agent relationship and the full play of the role of the "Political, Administrative, School, and Enterprise Park" based on the human-oriented multi-agent goals and synergy, thereby ensuring that the multi-agent is fully and fully utilized Effectiveness, giving strong support for the deep integration of production and education.
