摘要/Abstract

摘要： 随着房地产融资持续收紧,我国房地产行业在新形势下正面临着较大的生存与发展的挑战,行业对房地产专业人才的需求也在随之发生变化。基于此,该文将简单分析新形势下房地产专业人才需求的发展趋势,并深入探讨新形势下的高职房地产专业人才培养模式,希望研究内容能够为相关教职人员带来一定启发。

关键词: 高职, "工匠精神", 工学交替, "赛训结合,以赛促改"

Abstract: With the continuous tightening of real estate financing, China's real estate industry is facing a higher challenge of survival and development in the new situation, and the industry's demand for real estate professionals is also changing. Based on this, this paper will simply analyze the development trend of real estate professional demand under the new situation, and further explore the new situation based on the exploration of real estate professional training mode in higher vocational colleges, hoping that the research content can bring some inspiration to the relevant teaching staff.
