摘要: 随着全球经济一体化、社会多元化的发展,培养应用型创新人才已经成为教育教学重要研究内容。近几年,医学科学技术全球化成为发展趋势之一,基于大数据背景下培养医学院专业外语人才有助于深化知识结构、培养有创新意识的人才。但目前,医学院创新外语人才培养存在局限性,例如:缺少外语人才培养重视、与大数据脱节、人才培养不理想等。因此,如何基于大数据背景下培养应用创新型外语人才是医学院的重要研究课题。

Abstract: With the economic globalization and social diversified development, the cultivation of application-oriented innovative talents has become a main research content of education teaching. In recent years, medical science and technology has formed one of the global development trends. Cultivating professional foreign language talents in medical colleges or universities based on the background of Big Data will help deepen the knowledge structure, foster innovation and awareness, and even promote the influence on the cultivation of talents through college English teaching. However, there are limitations in the cultivation of innovative foreign language talents in medical schools today, such as lack of enough attention to cultivation of foreign language talents, disconnection from Big Data, and dissatisfaction about talents cultivation. And thus, it will be an essential research topic for some medical colleges or universities about how to train applied and innovative foreign language talents based on the background of Big Data.
