粤港澳大湾区背景下高校创新创业师资队伍建设路径探究

Research on the Construction Path of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Teachers in Guangdong Universities against the Backdrop of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area

摘要: 创新创业教育师资队伍是建设高校创新创业教育的核心力量,针对目前广东高校创新创业师资仍面临的创新创业教育理念不够清晰,保障机制有待完善;师资队伍配比不够合理,结构失衡;教师培训体系不够切合实际,与区域经济发展脱节等问题,通过借鉴国外创新创业师资队伍的经验做法,探索出从顶层设计,统筹规划,做好制度保障;制定师资队伍建设标准,建设“三型”师资;整合校内外资源,加强师资队伍建设;探索特色模式,建立创新创业师资库;创新考评机制,激励措施制度化等路径,全方位建设一支适合粤港澳大湾区发展的高校创新创业师资队伍,推动高校创新创业教育改革,为粤港澳大湾区的发展输送创新创业型人才。

Abstract: As a core force of innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities, the teachers for college innovation and entrepreneurship still face the problems such as the fuzziness educational concept and imperfect guarantee mechanism; the unreasonable proportion and unbalance structure of teachers; the imperfect teacher training system and out of line with the development of regional economy. To learn the comprehensive experience and practices of foreign countries, universities in Guangdong have to do the top-level design, overall planning and ensure institutional security; to formulate standards for the construction of teachers and to develop a faculty of “triple-competent teachers”; to integrate internal and external resources and to strengthen the construction of teachers; to explore characteristic models and to establish the teachers pool of innovation and entrepreneurship; to set up innovative evaluation mechanisms and institutionalize incentive measures. Establishing an innovation and entrepreneurship teaching staff in universities will provide better train international innovative and entrepreneurial talents needed to improve the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities and to boost the advancement of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
