摘要: 数字经济的发展深刻改变了人们的生活,也改变了电子商务行业的生存模式和发展策略。如何培养合格的电子商务人才以适应数字经济的发展?数字经济大发展又将如何改变高校人才培养方式?该文拟在厘清数字经济主要特点的基础上,系统性分析电子商务数据化营销人才培养模式,并以电子商务专业核心课程——《数据化营销》为依托,探索电子商务专业数据化营销人才培养改革思路。

Abstract: The development of digital economy has profoundly changed people's lives, and has also borne the brunt of changing the survival mode and development strategy of e-commerce industry. How to train qualified e-commerce talents to adapt to the development of digital economy? How will the development of digital economy change the way of talent training in colleges and universities? On the basis of clarifying the main characteristics of digital economy, this paper systematically analyzes the training mode of digital marketing talents in e-commerce, and based on the core course of e-commerce specialty," digital marketing ", explores the reform idea of digital marketing talents training in e-commerce specialty.
