工学一体化对接教学模式在预备技师培养教改中的应用探索

摘要: 随着社会经济的高速发展,对人才的需求和素质要求也越来越高,对职业教育的教学模式提出了新考验。在此背景下,高技能人才特别是技师、高级技师培养的教学模式改革势在必行,工学一体化教学模式应运而生,该教学模式是符合现阶段职业教育人才培养目标以及教改方向的主流教学模式。为此,文章以数控车技术预备技师培养为例,探讨预备技师培养教改过程中运用对接教学(即教学过程与生产过程对接)的工学一体化教学模式,为职业教育教改提供一些思路。

Abstract: With the rapid development of society and economy, the demand for talents and the requirements for talents’ quality are becoming higher and higher, which brings new test for vocational education’s teaching model. Under this background, it is imperative to reform the teaching model in training high-skilled talents, especially technicians and senior technicians. Thus, the teaching model which integrates learning tasks with working tasks emerges. This teaching model is in line with the current vocational education’s goals for training talents and the direction of teaching reform. Therefore, this article takes the training of NC car technology preparatory technicians as an example, and explores the teaching model integrating learning tasks with working tasks in the process of training preparatory technicians by linking teaching (that is, linking teaching process with production process) , which will provide some ideas for the reform of vocational education.
