摘要/Abstract

摘要： 高校大学生就业形势日益严峻,大学生职业发展与就业指导愈发重要。而基于成果导向教育的OBE理念作为一种新兴的教学模式,虽然常用于工程教育改革,但是其先进的教育理念可以为当前大学生就业指导课程教学模式优化提供一定的参考借鉴意义。如何进一步提高教学质量,为大学生就业提供更好的帮助,文章按照“OBE教育理念是什么?”“为什么引入大学生职业发展与就业指导课程”“具体引入后该怎么做”的逻辑思路,对高校大学生职业发展与就业指导教学改革进行了探索与实践。

Abstract: The employment situation of college students is becoming more and more serious, and the career development and employment guidance of college students are becoming more and more important. As a new teaching mode, OBE based on results oriented education is often used in engineering education reform, but its advanced education concept provides a certain reference for the optimization of the current college students' employment guidance curriculum teaching mode. How to further improve the quality of teaching and provide better help for the employment of college students The logical thinking of "why to introduce the career development and employment guidance course for college students" and "how to do after the specific introduction" explores and practices the teaching reform of career development and employment guidance for college students.
