高职院校创业"2+1"班学生培养模式研究

摘要: 在倡导高校创新创业教育全员化的同时,高职院校创业“2+1”班,分类施教,为有创业意愿、创业潜质、创业项目的学生提供个性化的创新创业教育平台。台州科技职业学院汲取省内外创新创业教育办学经验,结合自身高职院校特点实施的创业“2+1”班学生培养模式,让“合适的学生进得来”——完善学生准入机制;“进来的学生学得好”——优化课程结构设置;“学得好的学生能创业”——深化创业模拟与实战;“全员学生能创新”——拓展创业班内涵与范围,推进转型升级。

Abstract: While advocating the full participation of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities, the"2 + 1" class of entrepreneurship in vocational colleges are organized and taught separately, providing a personalized entrepreneurship education platform for students with entrepreneurial intention, entrepreneurial potential, and entrepreneurial projects.Taizhou Vocational College of Science and Technology draws on the experience of innovation and entrepreneurship education in and out of the province,and combines the characteristics of its own vocational college to implement the student cultivation mode of "2 + 1" class of entrepreneurship,so as to make "the suitable students come in" by improving the student admission mechanism; make "the incoming students learn well" by optimizing the curriculum structure; make "the well-learned students can start a business" by deepening the entrepreneurship simulation and practice; make "all the students can innovate"by expanding the connotation and scope of entrepreneurship class and promoting the transformation and upgrading.
