摘要/Abstract

摘要： 技术创新型企业在发展初始阶段往往面临着人才引育乏力的问题,政府的平台建设和政策扶持起到关键作用,高端人才和基础型人才的输出是高校的优势,在政校企合作模式下因地制宜,通过吸引高层次和基础型人才、构建人才培养体系、制定具有吸引力的人才政策创新举措,对初始发展阶段的技术创新型企业的人才引育具有很大帮助。

Abstract: Technology innovative companies in the development initial stage often facing talent introduction and training problems, the government platform construction and policy supporting play a key role in it. The output of high-end talent and foundation type talent is the advantage of colleges and universities.Adjusting measures to local conditions under the mode of government-university-enterprise cooperation,by attracting high-level and foundation type talents,by build a talent training system and attractive talent policy,the talent education of technical innovative companies on the initial stage of development will be very benefit.
