摘要: 新工科建设是当前高等教育改革的重要内容,东北大学整合传统人才培养资源、明确人才培养新目标、适应经济发展新需求,通过打造全新“大学生科技竞赛平台”,搭建学生创新载体,培养学生的实践能力和创新精神,探索以科技竞赛“课程化培养、基地化实训、项目化运作、团队化引领”为核心的大学生科技竞赛育人模式,取得了良好的效果。通过对东北大学大学生科技竞赛工作经验的总结,探索以科技竞赛引领创新人才培养的可行之路。

Abstract: The New Engineering Construction is an important content of the reforming of higher education. Northeastern University is integrating the resources of traditional talent training, clarifying the targets of talent training, fitting the demands of new economy development. By building the new "Platform for Undergraduates' Science and Technology Competition", putting up the new innovation carrier, training students' practice ability and innovation spirit, we have explored an education model, which includes course-training, base-practice, project-operating and team-leading, and so far, we have achieved positive effects. By summarized the experience of the undergraduates' science and technology competition in Northeastern University, this paper discusses the feasible way to promote the training of innovative talents by science and technology competition.
