摘要: 在“互联网+”时代下,该研究以医学生岗前培训为出发点,对传统岗前教学资源进行整理分析,结合中医类学生的学科特点,将自主学习模式应用到中医学生岗前培训中去,起到促进优质资源融合,创新人才培养模式,辅助学生完成实习工作的目的。研究成果为新时期创新人才培养提供了可参考的教育教学新模式,为同业者提供了有价值的经验,亦为自主学习系统的进一步开发奠定基础。

Abstract: In the era of “Internet +”, this study takes pre-job training of medical students as the starting point, organizes and analyzes the traditional pre-post teaching resources, and combines the discipline characteristics of Chinese medicine students to apply the self-learning model to the pre-post of Chinese medicine In the training, it promotes the integration of high-quality resources, innovates the talent training model, and assists students to complete the internship. The research results provide a new model of education and teaching for the cultivation of innovative talents in the new era, provide valuable experience for peers, and lay the foundation for the further development of autonomous learning systems.
