摘要: 校企合作是国际上通称的合作教育新形式,为培养更具有实践创新能力的人才创建了新的平台。基于此,相关人员应科学设置职业技能培训课程、合理完善培训实施的合作机制。从而为校企合作的实施提供一个优质的环境。同时,科学完善培训经费的融资机制,重视提高培训教师队伍师资质量。基于此,可真正发挥校企合作的优势与价值,探索出更加科学的职业技能培训新模式。

Abstract: School-enterprise cooperation is a new form of cooperative education in the world, which creates a platform for cultivating talents with more practical and innovative abilities. Based on this, relevant personnel should scientifically set up vocational skill training courses and reasonably improve the cooperation mechanism of training implementation, so as to provide a high quality environment for the implementation of school-enterprise cooperation. At the same time, we should improve the financing mechanism of training funds and attach importance to improving the quality of teachers. Based on this, we can give full play to the advantages and values of school-enterprise cooperation and explore a more scientific new mode of vocational skill training.
