高校专业教育与创新创业教育融合的教学模式改革探索 ——"生物分离工程"课程为例

摘要: 该文以南京工业大学“2011学院”生物工程专业生物分离工程课程为例,依托生物化工学科优势以及国家级协同创新平台,通过创新课程设置,增加实践类课程;创新教学方式,采用双语教学,“启发式”“交互式”“讨论式”教学模式,将“可视化”思维导图作为重要工具;创新课程考核,采用工艺流程图为考核方式,创新实践教学模式,将课堂“搬”进企业,培养学生双创精神;创新师生关系,科研反哺教学,提高学生科研能力等,探索专业能力与创新创业能力融合培养的教学模式,着力培养出基础理论知识扎实,具有较强工程实践、创新创业能力,能够从事生物工程相关专业科研、开发、设计和管理等工作的人才。

Abstract: This paper takes the “Bio-separation Engineering” course offered by 2011 College, Nanjing Tech University as an example to illustrate the innovative measures for talents training based on Nanjing Tech’s leading advantage in biochemical engineering and its national synergetic innovation center, including innovations in curriculum by introducing practical trainings, innovations in teaching modes such as bilingual, heuristic, interactive and discussion-based teaching as well as using visualized mind maps as an important tool, innovations in course assessment by using process flow diagrams, innovations in practical training by collaborating with enterprises to carry out on-the-spot teaching, innovations in teacher-student relationship by making the most of the scientific research team to improve students’ creativity. With these measures, students with a good grasp of theoretical knowledge as well as practical and innovative skills can be cultivated and will be able to engage in scientific research, R&D, design and management in biochemical engineering-related fields.
