试论我国高校学籍管理模式创新

摘要: 随着高等教育的快速发展,为了适应可持续发展的趋势,高校管理体制也在不断深化各项改革。作为高校教学管理的基础和学生管理的重要组成部分,学生身份管理的要求和目标也随之发生了变化。高校学籍管理的建设直接影响着大学生身份管理的水平。目前,现有的高等学校学籍管理制度似乎仍然比较僵化和缺乏灵活性。在以教育为导向、以学生为中心和为学生服务的现代教育理念下,在人文关怀方面似乎也有缺点。为构建以人为本的大学生学籍管理体系,必须通过尊重学生、为学生提供服务、树立人本管理理念、改善制度内容、构筑灵活动态的学生身份管理模式,充分体现对学生的人文关怀,加强制度建设中的法制观念,重视学生的合法权益保护和保障。

Abstract: With the rapid development of higher education, in order to adapt to the trend of sustainable development, the university management system is also deepening various reforms. As the foundation of teaching management and an important part of student management, the requirements and objectives of student identity management have also changed. The construction of college student status management directly affects the management level of college students' identity. At present, the current management system of higher education institutions still seems rigid and inflexible. Under the modern educational concept of education-oriented, student-centered and student-serving, humanistic care also seems to have its shortcomings. In order to build a people-oriented student status management for college students, a flexible and dynamic student status management mode must be built by respecting students, providing services for students, establishing a people-oriented management concept and improving the system content. It needs fully reflect the humanistic care for students, strengthen the legal concept in the system construction, and attach importance to the protection and protection of the legitimate rights and interests of students.
