“三全育人”视阈下高校班团一体化管理中优良学风提升策略

摘要: 学风是一所高校发展的核心要素,也是评估办学效果的重要指标。随着高校教育与人才培养的不断变化,实现新常态下学风建设长效机制在教育管理、校园文化等方面显得尤为重要。加强新时代高校“三全育人”工作效果,强化“班团一体化”建设、打造创新型学风建设平台,对于带动班级学风,促进学生全面发展有很大推动作用。因此,高校着力完善相关制度建设,打造学风建设新平台,推进班团共建、学风唯优常态化工作,形成“班团一体化”管理模式下的班风与学风最优化教育机制。

Abstract: The style of study is the core element of the development of a university and an important indicator for evaluating the effectiveness of running a school. With the continuous changes in college education and talent training, achieving a long-term mechanism for the study style construction under the new normal is particularly important in education management and campus culture. Strengthening the effect of the "three-quantity education" in colleges and universities in the new era, strengthening the integration of "classes and groups", and creating an innovative learning style construction platform have a great impetus for driving class style and promoting the overall development of students. Therefore, colleges and universities strive to improve the construction of relevant systems, create a new platform for the construction of the style of study, promote the co-construction of groups and the normalization of the style of study, and form an optimal education mechanism for the style of class and learning under the "integrated class" management model.
