摘要/Abstract

摘要： 广铁学院校园速递是学生自发组织的创业实践,经历了各种挑战和冲击,最后获得浙江菜鸟供应链管理有限公司的广州铁职院代理权,正式注册并开店营业。创业项目在团队的努力下不断得到改善,并产生盈利,具有积极的激励作用。本文运用CAS理论对该创业项目进行个案研究发现,大学生主动组织团队开展创业项目,在竞争激烈的时期主动争取支持“流”,最终立足市场。

关键词: CAS理论, 创业实践, 适应变化

Abstract: The campus express delivery of Guangzhou Railway College is the entrepreneurial practice of students' spontaneous organization, which has experienced various challenges and impacts. Finally, it obtained the agency right of Guangzhou Railway Vocational College of Zhejiang Cainiao Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd., and officially registered and opened its shop. Under the efforts of the team, entrepreneurial projects are constantly improved, and generate profits, which has a positive incentive effect. In this paper, CAS theory is applied to the case study of the entrepreneurial project. It is found that college students actively organize teams to carry out entrepreneurial projects, actively strive for support "flow" in the period of fierce competition, and finally based on the market.
